The Feel Of ICT sells videos and online classes. All payments are final. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refunds Policy

  • •The Feel Of ICT sells access to pre-recorded video content and live or recorded online classes. All sales are final.
  • •We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to: course fees, class packs, video access, or any other paid content or services.
  • •By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy.

2. Nature of Our Products and Services

  • •Our platform provides digital content: video lessons, online classes, and related educational materials. Once access is granted, the content is considered delivered.
  • •Digital products and services cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods. For this reason, we do not process refunds once payment has been completed and access has been provided.

3. Payments and Access

  • •Course fees and other payments must be made in full before access to materials is granted.
  • •Once your payment is confirmed and your account is activated, you are deemed to have received the service. No refund will be issued thereafter.

4. Exceptions

  • •There are no exceptions to this refund policy. We do not offer partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, technical issues on the user’s side, non-use of the platform, or discontinuation of a course.
  • •If you experience technical difficulties accessing our platform or content, please contact our support team. We will assist with access issues but will not issue refunds.
